ASSEMBLY OF THE WILD
Nikki Katz is the force behind Assembly of the Wild in Laguna Niguel, CA
“I am a fiber artist specializing in knitwear, macrame, and natural dyes. I believe in sharing the art of handwork with children and teach handwork at a Journey an Orange County Waldorf charter school as well as offering Waldorf inspired handwork classes for home school students. I am interested in learning more about the process from shearing sheep to spinning to enhance my teaching and fiber art.
I create knitted garments, home textiles, and macrame art. I teach Knitting, Crochet, Cross Stitch and Embroidery, Circular Knitting, Natural Dyes, and Macrame. I am interested in learning how to shear sheep and learn the beginnings of where wool comes from or other fibers to share with my students.”
